The Story of Tuki
Our girl Tuki didn’t always live the glamorous and boujee lifestyle that she does today. In her past life she had kids climbing all over her, using her as a jungle gym and photo booth whilst they waited for ice cream at the local creamery.
It was there where the previous owners, Chris & Carissa, fell in love with her and knew she was destined for bigger and better things- a mobile bar with class!
After many early mornings, long nights and weekends, the unique vision of Toast with Tuki came to life. The beautiful pressed metal splash backs, the river rimu counter tops, the double tap pour towers and keg system, and cute little rear bar make Tuki a vision of class.

Meet Tuki's Owners
We are Amanda & Courtney, two high school friends with a passion for fun! With 20+ years of friendship, a wealth of knowledge in events and the drive to make anything happen, we’re your go-to-gals when it comes to getting the party started!
For us, it was love at first sight when we saw Tuki. We knew we had to have her in our lives, so we took the plunge and decided to become business partners and add side hustlers to our list of skills.
Taking over the mobile bar business in July 2022, we have big visions on where we see Toast with Tuki going and can’t wait to share our journey with you all.
