Please note: all of our mobile bar packages are based on BYO service. You provide the goods, we’ll keep keep em’ flowing.

SELF-SERVICE packages

Let your guests interact whilst pouring their own kegged beverage through our tower taps, or get crafty and mix up their own little cocktail at the rear bar.

Suitable for smaller events (up to 80-100 guests)

  • Delivery – Up to 25km from our HQ in Kumeu, AKL
  • Set up (keg set up & pour testing)
  • CO2 supply for duration of hire (nitrogen available on request for additional cost)
  • Up to 100 disposable cups (dependent on number of guests)
  • Cream umbrella with stand to shade Tuki
  • Water dispenser and stand
  • Ice for Tuki’s keg cooling system
  • Galvanised drinks tubs

INDULGENCE packages

Offer your guests the full Toast With Tuki experience with our Indulgence Packages. Ideal for weddings, engagement parties, birthdays, hen’s dos and stag dos.

We know every event is unique and we are happy to offer flexibility. Custom packages are available to suit your event time, style and budget.

Indulgence packages include:

  • Professional & friendly bar staff (number depends on event size)

Tuki and the team love any opportunity to hit the road. We’re happy to travel almost anywhere in the North Island. Please note that additional travel charges will apply for bookings outside our delivery area.

PICK UP & POUR packages

Our most hands-on, budget-friendly option is perfect for hosts who are happy to handle transport and setup themselves.

Collect Tuki from our Kumeu HQ, get a quick briefing + setup guide and transport to your venue using your own trailer. Set up and enjoy your event, then return Tuki at the agreed time.

Requirements

  • Suitable trailer (minimum size as below)
  • Vehicle capable of towing your trailer
  • Ability to securely load and transport
  • Confidence following setup instructions

Pick Up & Pour packages include:

  • Tuki mobile bar unit (pickup & return from Kumeū HQ)
  • Keg system (taps, lines & fittings)
  • CO₂ for the duration of hire (nitrogen available on request for an additional cost)
  • Step-by-step setup instructions
  • Quick walkthrough at collection

What's not included:

  • Trailer or transport
  • Delivery or collection

transport REQUIREMENTS

Client must supply their own trailer (minimum 10 x 5ft / 3m x 1.5m).
Tuki is not towable and must be transported on a trailer.
Client is responsible for safe loading, securing, and transport.

How It Works

EVERYTHING! We’re available for weddings, festivals, markets, birthdays, product launches and corporate functions. Tuki has a natural talent for working the room and standing out in the crowd!

Tuki is an Auckland mobile bar service based in Norwest. We travel throughout Auckland (within 25km from our home base) as part of the included delivery service in our packages. We do travel beyond Auckland with an added delivery fee.

We have two bars available as part of the hire. The side bar is set up with beer towers for use of up to four commercial sized kegs. We also have customised a rear bar for something extra, such as a cocktail bar, whiskey, gin or champagne station. It’s the perfect mobile bar for self service with a balance of kegs and your favorite bottle.

No, beverages are not included in our packages as we do not hold any rights to buy or sell alcohol. If you need direction on who to use as a vendor, we have some awesome connections to point you in the right direction.

Absolutely! We offer keg collection/return as an extra service as we know the last thing you want to be doing on your special day is organising this. Our collection is offered in the Auckland region.

No, we only need power for our LED lights and we run them off our internal battery.

Yes! We understand every event is different and we can cater for bespoke packages to suit. We’re always happy to chat about ways to incorporate Tuki for your unique event.
